In at least one case, a user was able to fix the problem using the follow method:
- Navigate to C:\Windows\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\ZClassic, and delete everything EXCEPT the wallet.dat file. It is important you DO NOT delete the wallet.dat file unless you've backed it up.
- Downloading the most current version of Eleos here: https://github.com/michaelotis/eleos/releases
- Running the Eleos wallet .exe file
